Jamboree is open to both Guides and Rangers. If the participant is 9 - 12½ years old by 1 February 2027, please select Guide. Rangatahi who are 12½ years old or older as at 1 February 2027 will take part in the Ranger Jamboree and should select Ranger. If you believe your rangatahi should be considered for an exception to these age groupings, please contact us at jamboree@ggnz.org.nz before completing registration.

All adults attending Jamboree will be required to complete a police vetting process, in line with our commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for everyone.

We intend to accept all adult volunteer applicants and greatly value the support adults provide in making Jamboree possible. If we receive a higher‑than‑anticipated number of adult registrations, placements may need to be prioritised, with preference given to current GirlGuiding volunteers. Placements will be confirmed on a rolling basis as registrations are received.

Unless there is a specific medical requirement, it is unlikely that you will be placed in the same unit as your child.

Ranger Jamboree units are made up of Rangers from all around the country who have been allocated the same offsite adventure as them (based on your selections in this form). Rangers will be camping in shared tents with one or two other people from their adventure group. As part of this registration, you can nominate one buddy, someone you are comfortable sharing a tent with and who is intending to do the same offsite adventure as you. Please ensure you and your nominated buddy choose each other and select the same offsite adventure options. We do our best to make sure buddies are placed together. If you don't have a buddy or you want to do a different adventure to your friends, we can assign you a buddy for Jamboree.
